i ordered them through http://www.rhdjapan.com, and it took less than two weeks to arrive in the mail from japan. their markup is about 10%+shipping, which was resonable, at least for me compared to the local places and the time it took to arrive (others said 4-6 weeks at higher shipping cost) .

it dosen't work like a wheel spacer. it can drop your ride height 25mm, or allow you to gain back 25mm of stroke in your coilover. depending on your drop, it might allow you to get back some positive camber adjustment, but i'm not sure there is 25mm worth of range in the stock adjusters to flush out your wheel to your fenders. you'll have to go aftermarket with stuff like this:

for ucf30 brake conversion people out there, the RCA gives brake caliper clearance away from the ball joint assy, etc.
