Just got the book written by Percy in mail today. I've only got time to read through a few pages very good stuff in there. This is not only just a book about audio installation in the GS, it's also full of info about car audio in general. Equipment and experience. If anyone still doesn't know Percy's GS is consist of high end audio equipment running into $20,000+ This book is well worth reading even if you don't have a GS. PM him for more info on how order.

i second that. i got his book about a week ago and it is awesome. combine it with the lexus tear down instructions and its practically everything you need to redo your whole system from head unit to subwoofer.

the book is illustrated and everything, so you know exactly what to do..so you wont be afraid of breaking anything when youre trying to remove a panel or something.

and percy himself..awesome guy. he should be hired by lexus to construct optional dynaudio packages for the sound system =)

OK, got my two copies yesterday. If you are a regular here on these topics, don't fool around, get the primer. It is money well spent and it will be a reference book you can use for a long time. If we are lucky and can get access to vehicles for Percy and Mean Gene we might all be fortunate and they will be able to provide future editions or revisions with info on LS, SC, RX, and LX. Oh, and a word for Lexus if anyone from the corp is here - don't get your nose out of joint about someone putting a manual together like this, buy a copy and find out what makes a worthy high end system for these cars.

Hey i got the book today, its not really what i was looking for....i need more on how to disasemble the ENTIRE car, i know how to do the basics, i think i just need to buy the real manual for my car, im doing a stage "10" install(compared to the book) it does have some nice info and PERCY is a VERY smart guy!! if he really did the whole book he needs to start selling some of his own equipment thats hand made or maybe start a company of his own that he uses all the things he talks about!!
