I have a brand new in the box hks t51r kai turbo (this ad is for the TURBO ONLY the manifold is not for sale). YES, if you have a t4 manifold you can run this turbo just simply need to buy this flange http://www.hksusa.com/products/?id=828 for 80 dollars.

These turbos sound awesome, if you dont believe me look up some t51r equipped cars on youtube.com.
