WTB: OEM Inake System for 02 GS430!!!

As the title says, i am looking for a OEM intake system off a GS430. I need the complete thing to replace my Weapon-R intake with ECU.

what ecu comes with the weapon r? Does it provide gains like the srt does? I might be willing to trade my stock one for this...it all depends.
