Hey y'all I got this shift **** today from our CL member olddog.
but I baught another one while I was waiting for it to get here.
So I dont need any longer.
its 30 bucks shipped in the US.
its the exact same size of your oem on the 2nd gen.
the rubber black piece comes off at the bottom where you can secure it with screws of some sort.
maybe olddog will post up how he did it.

i'll help you out buddie.
when the plastic cover at the bottom is taken off, it exposes four holes where some some small screws go into.
i looked for some screws which were long enough to screw through the hole and tight enough to reach the shifter itself so it would be tight.
one of the screws was still exposed on the outer part but when i pulled the rubber piece back to cover the metal part at the bottom with the four hole, it covered it nicely.
