so would I need to have hangers welded on? or can I literally bolt these onto my car in 10 min and be off rumbling?

The hangers are direct BOLT-ONs for the stock hangers. It might not be 10 minutes, but you will be able to DIY as long as you have a friend there to help you hold the mufflers in place while you bolt them up.
