I have a 99 Lexus GS400 that I just removed the whole audio system from, it was a Nakamichi system.
I have the headunit, the changer that goes in the glove box, all the speakers without the pods, just the speakers and tweeters, the amp, and the factory sub that goes in the rear deck.
All of it works perfectly and looks very good to new condition.
It all works, the only thing that I ever had go wrong was when I was listening to it for a long time when I was driving cross country the speakers cut out, dont know if it was the deck, the amp or the speakers. I stopped for gas and when I turned it back on to leave it worked fine. You should know that it did not cut out until about 8 hours of listening to it, just wanted to let you know that. Other than that it all works fine to my knowledge, it all worked when I removed it from my car.

It should say on your headunit somewhere.
Lexus would know, well at least I'd hope they would :-).
