WTB:GS400 Turbo Kit
As the title states, I am looking for a TT kit, preferably a used SRT kit since they are no longer making them for our cars. I know that there are no other companies that make a kit so basically I am looking for someone that would like to sell their SRT kit. I remember seeing a kit go a few months back that was used and I really regret no purchasing it. If anyone has any ideas or tips please let me know. Thanks.

They make them you just need to know where.

Lextacy400, I am not looking to swap out the V8 for the GTE, although it's a great engine I'd like to stay with a V8.
Morris, I really like the look of the work and craftsmanship from looking at Mahdavi motorsports. Were you very happy with their work?

I am very happy wtih them they are good guys and stand by their work
They have had my tranny built
engine built and developed the turbo setup
In addition they did my rearend LSD and an engine and tranny swap in oither family cars.
Yes I am very comfortobale reccomending Sam Mahdavi to you.

No no trackk times, I did take 3rd place at the NOPI nationals for 8 cylinder and above with power adders. I was at 17 psi and had a faulty turbo, so there is much more left in their. Next year I may even make first.

What all is included in that turbo kit from Mahdavi? The exhaust piping in the pictures confuses me...? It is hard for me to picture how a V8 has a single turbo.
Also, how do they make this setup run on a factory ecu? Will it just compensate for bigger injectors?

You may need a handheld tuner that plugs into the ecu port to flash a new custom tune onto the stock ecu. That's how I did it anyways when I had my turbo Mustang. I had a microtuner and a guy write a custom tune for me based on my A/F readouts, etc. then I downloaded the tune from the PC onto the tuner, then from the tuner into the car.

THere is no flashing of the the GS400 Ecu. For the stock engine application they use an SAFC2.
They create exhaust piping from each of the exhaust manifolds and bring it to the front of the engine, where they combine into a single flange where the turbo mounts.
They can include as much or as little as you want / need.
The piping intercooler, turbo, SAFC, injectors, Boost guage, BOV and wastegate are all included as standard I belive. But they cann also include things like wideband, fuel upgrades if desired forged pistons etc. There is probably more that is included that I jsut dont remember, so give them a call.
