NO EGR on this motor!

That would be the perfect excuse to save a little bit of scratch and get AZ or NV plates. You can run a straight piped, no manifold motor on AV gas out there with an oil leak and nobody cares...LOL

On OBD I vehicles there is a visual inspection and a dyno smog in AZ. You can have aftermarket whatever but you have to pass the 5 gas sniffer.

Private seller here, just selling my extra motorswap. I have extra trannies from time to time, thus those posts. I have 3 swapped Lex and 2 mkiv Supras, so tons of stuff laying around. Hope this helps.

Engine does arrive into a business, where I go to buy them. I dont know how to privately import an engine (yet).

My 4 engines span from Feb of 2004, to today...so 3-4 swaps in 2 years

what would i need (in parts) to make this motor smog-able in CA?

I dont know man, I have US-spec EGR system parts, but JDM intake manifold doesnt have the opening on the back for it to attach to. JDM Head also doesnt have the provision for EGR. Other than EGR, I think you need both catalytic converters (one is included with the motor), and you should be readu to pass visual and sniffer/dyno test.
