Default CapPC Parting Out

Hello All,

I'm getting ready to sell my GS so I'm parting out my car PC. I will sell the whole setup for $1000 firm plus shipping. Or I'll sell them seperately.

Custom 7" wide screen Monitor molded to fit the Double Din dash kit from Lexus. Kit Included. $500.00

Custom Car PC with Lexus Front End. 20gb HD, 6 Ch audio Dolby 5.1, FM Radio Receiver /w custom Factory Antenna Adapter! 512mb memory, USB GPS Receiver with GPS maps installed. All Running on WIndows XP Pro. SLot Load DVD drive with adapter included. $500.00

I'll throw in the amp for the sub for whoever buy's everything for free.

you can connect via bluetooth adapter and use your cell phone with bouetooth as a modem...Or get a verizon air card or cingular card...I think they have usb models. not sure though.

Do you mean the PC? I had the PC in the trunk and my inverter in the lower bin under the arm rest but never had to use it casue the PC is set to auto start when the car starts.

you can also get a usb pcmcia slot for aircards

Got pics of it with the GPS on? What mapping software do you use? Is it updatable to include Canada as well?

Is the install a DIY task or is it very complicated?

Sorry no Pics with the GPS software running. The software is Destinator3.

It's definately a DIY task...not even as difficult as installing an aftermarket radio. I had the Kenwood DDX7015 installed before the car PC and this didn't take as long. I obviously knew my way around the audio harness for the speaker config. I beleive I have the canada maps...but I have no idea how good they are.
