I asked the same quesiton about it working on a GS4/430, but I don't think it will. According to Tanabe USA they are two different part/style numbers and there are even two unique ones just to the GS300.
Here is the link to the application page:

This exhaust sounds money. Not to loud, but definitely lets you know it is there. If I can't find a used version of it I would seriously consider new.
Has anyone else used this on their car before? I saw the other post, but I was curious if there were more out there with experience.

Sorry I haven't been around for the past few days. As of this second, the exhaust is still available. I am going to PM and talk to everyone that has showed interest above. I will give priority in the order of who posted first.
Thanks for the bump strong sc.
As for the questions posted...
Ay-nako, it is a catback system. you get everything shown in the pictures under the link in my first post.
Mrbig, go to the link on my first post and click 'exhaust' on the website that opens. The first two pics of the exhaust on the silver gs (my car before it was totaled) shows the exhaust with a stock bumper.
As far as compatibility, someone also told be about different fitments between the gs300 and gs400. However, from my research I think its the same fitment for both. If you go to the compatibility guide that 4grainr posted, it shows the gs300 and gs400 listed seperately, but they are the same model numbers and specs. i guess they just seperated them to make it easier to read, because when i bought it, i remember it saying "GS300/GS400" on my order. But definately double check, and if anyone else has more info on this, please post.

why is everyone out of state I really didn't want to have to ship it because its so heavy.
If I don't find someone local in the next week or so I will just end up shipping. I have everyone's name down and I'll give priority in that order.
