OK, these are for sale now. I have removed from the car and they are cleaned up and ready to ship. Here are the details:

* Bilstein part # SSO-8301
* Purchased new January 2005, only 9,000 mile have been put on the car since install, I have the purchase receipt and will transfer to new owner.
* Parts are in like new condition and will be shipped in factory shipping box
* Local pick up welcome in Houston, TX
* List Price is $1,695. The 1st buyer to offer $695 get a great deal!
* Buyer to pay shipping cost
* Check or Paypal only please

What are they coilovers how was the ride? Can you adjust ride comfort?

Yes, they are coilovers. They offer a drastic improvement in handling, similar to the ride in a BMW 330 with sport suspension. If you do a search on the forum you will see lots of reviews on the ride.

These last 100,000 miles or more before wearing out. Not like they are junk after only 9,000 miles of use. If you want new, then pay an extra $150 and get it! In my mind, $695 is a fair price and I expect someone else out there will agree. If I don't get a buyer soon then I'll put up on ebay and we will see what the market is willing to pay.

I was mainly referring to the "$1695" brand new price you listed.

If you read the post is says "list price", not "brand new price". I paid $874 for mine when new including shipping. I would not mislead anyone into thinking these cost $1695 new. Anyone with half a brain knows how to find out how much these cost anyway. Now, back to the sale!
