the intake is quite, you cannot hear it inside the cabin. it is a pretty quite setup even from the outside. throttle response from dead stop and even better on a roll.
i dont have numbers but it is a true cold air intake for the GS. i called LMS and they told me that an IS made 9ft lbs of torque but i dot recall hp. there should be a similar gain since the IS and GS share the came engine.

I believe it was 5-6 HP throughout the entire rpm range. I had a polished one on for a week before we did the SC install.
