DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT WHERE I COULD GET SOME OF THOSE COOL SIDE MIRROR TURN SIGNALS FOR MY 98 GS300? ARE THOSE A CUSTOM MOD? DOES ANYONE SOMEONE THAT DOES THIS MODIFICATION AND HOW MUCH IT COST?

One CL member did the custom mod for the side mirror but he used the side mirror of Mercedes E-Class which is different than the one you saw in Hiro's site. Like it says on his site, it will be available this month so I assume nobody has seen it because it's too new! Maybe, with enough members interested in this set, we could form a groupbuy or something. just be patient.

The CL member who got that done is Bithaunka---I think, and I probably got the spelling wrong on that one. I think it looks nice, but those are the lights from the benz. The lights that are on the ones in Hiro's site are kinda small and thin. In my opinion, I don't like those too much, but that is by looking at the picture. It's always different once you see them on a car.

It was AtlBrave, not Bitkahuna who has the turn signal mirrors.

Keep in mind that AtlBrave uses Mercedes's site mirror which is different than Hiro's. But you can look at it as a reference.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't hiro's blinkers a "cover" you put over the original mirror. Then some drilling has to take place to make the cover fit and to wire everything up?

For me personally, I like altbrave's better because there is no "extra" piece you have to put on the mirror.

Agreed, but atlbrav's is a one-of-a-kind that cost $$ and required a really good body shop to create. Took weeks if I recall.

I wanna see how these side view mirror blinkers look on a light colored car like silver or white or gold (Hiro's is black).

Also, how hard are they to install?

I would be interested in a group buy too, but I want to be able to return them back for a refund if I don't like the way they look in real life (they look good on Hiro's black GS)

perhaps we should set up a group buy with someone at mercedes...LOL...on atbraves set-up...either way I would be interested in this mod, but would like some pics on a lighter car...
