WTB: 1999 GS 400 HID lights
I just bought the car and OEM HID need replacing. Where is the best place to buy them? Do I need anything else with them? Will non HID lights work? Help me out here. I need some advice and don't know anything about what I am doing. Thanks.

does your current lights work now? how do you know it needs to be replaced? did you check to see if your ballasts are working or bulbs before ruling out the whole setup?
buying new hid lights from the dealer is 1000.00 plus..used in this forum is around 500.00-600.00.
you can use halogen, but why? i see it as going the opposite way.
try to find a person who knows how to work on lights and see what they say first.
