I know I'm way over in So Cali, but I will be selling my 98 GS400 (78k miles) shortly. My lexus has a good number of modications (read my handle). I will be posting it for same in early to mid-June for $28,000 obo with the Lowenhart LD1s and $26,000 without. Let me know if you are interested.

I have a 7 inch Kenwood Touchpad CD/DVD/TV instead of the navigation and the car does have HIDs. Let me know if you have any other questions.
