I have never dealt with a body kit before, so I can't tell what kind of quality this one is. I believe it is fiberglass, and regarding fit, the pictures speak for themselves.
Regarding the color not matching, the stock bottom plastic panels on my car also do not match the metal bodywork of my car, so it looks like the kit was painted to match the bottom portion. I think the "yellowing" of the plastic panels is quite common in DWP GS's.
I bought the car with the kit on but removed it the very next day because the front bumper was scraping every driveway. The car came with eibach springs and stock 17" wheels, so it was too low for the kit.
I bought the car in September I believe, and kit has just been sitting at my parents' house since then.
