Default Tire Warning sensors problems

Since owning 2007 GS350, I had to bring my car back to dealer to reprogram the tire pressure monitoring system and its sensors. Each time my tire pressure was in range. Manual shows that I can press the Tire warning system reset button under the dash ( under steering wheel ), but that don't work. Anyone have this problem?

That button should work. You need to make sure the tires (including the spare) have the pressure you want. Then follow the reset procedure in the manual. Once that is complete that pressure in your tires is the base line pressure is compared to.

Also, under the glove box is a switch for selecting another set of sensors. These can be used if you have snow tires. Might want to check to see it the correct sensors are selected.

Yes, this is my Second time, bringing it back to dealer. Wonder if they are having issues with sensors or the reset button is useless.

I'm proud to say I dirve with the warning low tire light on. I tried everything and gave up. I put 20's on and it's been fine for about 8 months, no problems. Then one day, the warning light came on. So I checked all the tire pressure manually, and filled all to 40psi. Reset the thing, and never went back to normal. I give up......

Don't give up, I just got my GS350 back from service. They found problem with one of the transmitters. Previously, they changed and reprogram all 4 sensors. I'll test it this weekend. Usually, the warning light pops up after 15 minutes of driving.

These systems works off sensors and transmitters. Yes the Reset button doesn't seem to work. You will have to bring it back to the dealer.

Service people tells me the tires must be in range of 32-40 psi. Any lower or higher will trigger the sensors. Even at 31.9 psi! If it goes above 40, it will also trigger. Try setting your tires in that range.
