how were you able to safely take out the grille?

I removed the bumper cover to the point where it hung off the wiring. Then I was able to safely remove the Phillips head screws and clips without breaking anything. 2 hours tops

Thanks man that helps a lot. I plan on replacing my grille with the F sport grille. Did you use a particular manual to figure out which screws you are suppose to remove?

The wind tips which are at the top by headlights are popped out. And several tabs on the inner fender are pulled out. The rest are screw fasteners with some being plastic push pins.
It's a matter of simply going from point to point figuring out what is holding it on.
Take your time and it can be done easily enough.
The replacement grill will cost you upwards of a grand. So beware.

Thanks again for the help. And, I did see that a Lexus dealer is selling a new grille for 1000, but I'm going to do a little more research and make sure the bumper will fit.
