No it's just a short block. I do have two ge vvti Heads I can put it together with new gte head gasket, new oil pump & new arp studs. It will be about $700 more. I'm located in Orlando, Fl

im actually just looking for the vvti heads from a is300, how much would u let one go for. looking to do a refresh before i boost
