I have for sale here an used working oxygen sensor for the IS300.
It's OEM from Toyota, made by Denso.
The part number is 89465-53140, which is for B1S1 I believe (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
If you are looking to replace your o2 sensor, this is a cheap alternative for your OEM replacement. If the o2 sensor that you need to replace isn't B1S1, you can cut up the wires and solder it as an replacement, since all heads on the IS300 o2 sensors are the same.
