Im not sure if it would or wouldnt. I just know that it will fit the OEM rear

damnnn. Im going to disneyland on the 23rd but ill in a car with 6 other ppl and the kit wont fit!

VIS said the rear lip is for JDM bumpers the last time I ordered.
