I bought this on ebay about a month ago and have since sold my car and got a 430. I no longer have a need for this, it is BRAND NEW and never installed.

As far as I know, the header fits, it's the downpipe that might be an issue. The header will bolt up to the stock downpipe and you can probably sell the downpipe for an IS300. It does come with the O2 sim also.

I would like to get $500.00 shipped and paypalled for it.
