are these axle back?

wondering if they'll fit on my 2gs with just welding the pipes and the hangers.

I'm sure with a slight modification to the hanger it will fit. These were actually for a LS400, but had a shop make me new hangers.

Isn't axle back same thing as just mufflers? But yes, its just mufflers (no mid pipe or anything)

I may be wrong, but I thought axle back included some piping and was a bolt on affair where as a just a muffler would require me to cut off the old muffler and weld on the new ones.

I guess these would be kind of axle back, its flanged, so only a little modification required to your stock piping to match up to these mufflers.
