what kind of bumper is that???? would that fit the usdm w/o taking that bumper support?

i know it fits our 1st gen gs300. and i believe our bumper support fits it also. im not sure what brand it is. i bought it from a member a while back. and never got a chance to put it on and now its just taking up space in my tandem garage.
