I have the following for sale which I got off of a junkyard car. Unfortunately, the parts did not solve my problem, but maybe they will solve yours.

ABS/TRC Computer (right side of glove box)

TRC Computer (directly behind glove box)
Part # 89631-50010 (interchangable with 89631-30080)

TRAC Pump
Part # 47980-30010

TRAC Accumulator
Part # 47970-30010
$100/BO

It's very rare for TRAC control parts to come up here on CL classifieds. Look up the prices of the computers at your local lexus dealer. Your jaw will drop. For example, even on lexuspartsonline.com the TRC computer is over $1000. The TRAC accumulator is $514. My local dealer gets $2500 for the ABS/TRC computer.
