Turn down the idle screw. Check to see that the plate is fully closing in the tb.

Unplug the IAC and see if it keeps running. Turn the screw down till it's just about to stall and then plug the IAC back in.

The screw on the throttle body that requires an allen wrench and a 8mm open end. Loosen the 8mm and turn the allen. Adjust and retighten the 8mm.

Um,I'm having the same issue (albeit, 1000 rpm in N), but my throttle lever isn't even contacting the throttle stop. I can twist it barely to make it touch, but it snaps back to a millimeter or two above the stop. I've traced it to the vacuum plunger thing on the front of the TB under the black cover (it kicks out, or *assists* the throttle lever when revving it looks like) - it's resting position is keeping the throttle from closing completely. Anyone have any experience with this? It has a vac line going dtraight to the TB, with black plastic spiral wrap on it.
