My 2002 lexus ES300 CD changer door and cassette player door do not open. When I click on CD load button, I get a message 'Disc Full' and when I eject, I get ERROR 3 message (Is it because no CD inside) on the display, even though there are no CD's in the changer .

One of the CD got stuck before this problem and the CD is now removed.

After removing CD , my Cassette player door also stopped openning but the tape inside plays .Radio works great.

Is there any reset code or anything that I need to do for the doors to allow load/unload . Please help.

You could try resetting the ECU of your car by removing the fuse for your ECU momentarily (like 10 seconds) and inserting it back in. You'll have to refer to your owner's manual to find the fuse location. By resetting the ECU, you are essentially "resetting" all electronics and memory settings in your car, including the preset radio stations. Not sure if it would fix the CD changer issue, but it doesn't hurt to try.
