The styling (especially at the front) looks like a toned down version of Chris Bangles 5 series. The controversial surface detailing.
I saw the car two weekends ago at the Detriot car show. Some people like the car because of the newer technology more than the exterior styling.
In pics, it does not look bad. In person (at least to me), it was a major let-down.
