Yeah, those are a real pain. You have to get to it from the wheelwell.
(Tip - turn your tires IN, that will help give you a little more clearance to work in there, of course you will have to turn your tires the other wawy when you get to the other side of the car)
Get a medium flathead screwdriver and pop out the clips holding the shield from the front to about half way back of the well. You should then be able to move the shield out of the way enough to stick your hand in there and grab the bulb. I have to swap out mine this weekend - %*&!@%# stealth lights burning out so I have to put the OEM ones back in.. will take pics if you need.

You must remove the screw that you are describing and then insert a flat screwdriver between the parking light and the head light and very gently pry the parking light away from the headlight. There is a hidden clip in there and you must disengage it and then the light will come out. Good luck and be gentle as to not break anything.

Hmm, bsjoiner, are we talking about the same bulb here?
Anyway, as promised, here's how I get into the corner parking light, Sylvania bulb type 2825 (aka 194).
Pop about 4 clips off the plastic wheel well shield thingy and it should drop down enough to stick your hand in there.

Secondly, once you can get into the area above the well shield the bulb is right there - twist off and you can the bulb pulls straight out (no clips or anything)
Took me about 15 minutes to do both sides today.

JS Shady, this was great advice, thank you. Those plastic clips are a real pain. I broke two of them trying to pry them off with a flat head. The clips are round but have small flat cutouts. I used some needlenose plyers to pull them straight out instead of trying to pry them out at an angle, which is what broke the first two. I finally got one to come out without breaking it. Similar to a plastic anchor for drywall, the clips splay out to secure them in place. When putting them back in, you have to pull the plastic plug part out and then compress the splayed out pieces back enough to fit in the hole. There's got to be a better way. Nonetheless, your advice allowed me to get the job done!
