Today, I Met a Mecha, Took a Bullet Train, Saw Presentations on Robotics and Got Some Gorgeous Shots of Mt. Fuji

Yup, I’ve had worse days. Everyone on the Toyota Global Media Tour had to scramble thought the train station like a crazy people to make the bullet train to Nagoya, but before that I had a few minutes in the morning to check out a life-size mecha statue, which was pretty bad ass. 

I’ll be going in to some of the other aspects of this amazing trip in more details after I get back to the States, but let’s just say after seeing that presentation about partner robots at Toyota’s Hirose Plant, I’m more inclined than ever to just simply accept that soon robots will take over. 

Tomorrow I’m heading to the Fujioka Aisin Test Course, check out Toyota’s Ecoful Town, and tour the Toyota Commemorative Museum, and I’m stoked. Check out the pics below, and stay tuned!
