Speedhunter Review of Lexus RC F Is Part Beauty, Part V8 Beast
I like to think all of us here at ClubLexus are doing our darndest to create some of the best content around, but I also understand that occasionally, someone really hits it out of the park. To illustrate that point, I would like to offer up the recent review of the Lexus RC F from Speedhunters.
It’s a simply awesome combination of fantastic phrasing and unsurpassed photography, courtesy of supremely talented photographer Larry Chen.
With a week in Tokyo as the backdrop, you get to experience what the new RC F was really created to be: not exactly a competitor for the track-eating M4, but rather an entirely different machine for an entirely different buyer. It offers the speed, the performance, the noise, and the looks, but it does so in a more refined manner. It’s more of a gentleman’s car, and less of a yobbo’s.
Author Dino Carbonare does fault the Lexus RC F for its dark and dreary interior color pallet, as well as its overuse on buttons in an era where manufacturers are chasing simplicity, but in the end, you get the feeling that he quite enjoyed the rakish coupe.
The piece is fantastic, and it’s worth heading over to Speedhunters to check it out.
