Reality Star’s Socialite Boyfriend Nabbed for Dealing Coke in a Lexus

Let me just preface this story by saying that I’ve never heard of these people. And I don’t expect you to have heard of them either. In fact, after you read their names, I’d like you to commit to expunging that information from your minds. I do not seek to make these people more famous than the Daily Mail has already made them.

So why cover a story that you don’t want us to remember, you ask? Well, since there is a Lexus involved, at headline level no doubt, your faithful Club Lexus editors are all over this one.

Since we’re talking headlines, let’s just give you the whole juicy thing that was plastered all over the DailyMail today: “Former The Bachelor Australia contestant’s fashion model boyfriend charged with being part of a sophisticated Sydney cocaine ring ‘dealt cocaine from a Lexus'”.

That’s a mouthful, huh? And full of revelations. Like who knew fashion models did cocaine?

The article is also full of salacious accusations about “socialite” George Gerges, reality star Emma Rose, A LOT of drugs, and a sawed off shotgun. But let’s forget about all the slimy details (since the headline pretty much gives you them already) and go straight to the Lexus angle here, shall we?

“Police allege Gerges dealt cocaine from the back of his Lexus and delivered the drug to customers in nightclubs and homes,” writes the Daily Mail, while citing the Daily Telegraph and ripping off all their pictures (shown below!).

Unfortunately, the details are a bit murky about what kind of Lexus Gerges was dealing from. So it looks like this is a pretty thin Lexus story after all. But judging from the size of the stash, I’m guessing it may have been an LX. But this guy is a fashion model, so maybe he wanted something a bit more “look-at-me,” like the LFA; a flashy ride indeed, which could explain why he got caught.

No, judging from Gerges’ general douchiness, I don’t think we can blame the car here. Of course, Gerges remains innocent till proven douchey.
