Lexus RC F Gets Another Teaser

Here is another teaser image previewing the 2015 RC F before it debuts at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show.

Lexus remains mum on the details, but they are saying the car will have “half the doors” and “twice the roar” of the IS F. In Lexus marketing speak, the company goes further in describing the car as an “entirely new expression of design and uncompromising performance.”

The latest speculation from our end says this car will come with a 5.0-liter V8 producing roughly 455 horsepower and 401 lb-ft of torque. The Lexus 5.0L V8 is a fantastic motor, but we’d prefer if “twice the roar” meant shoehorning an 832-horsepower V16 between the front fenders. Yes, that fantasy machine would be nose-heavy, but it would be so remarkably cool.
