Attention to Detail: Look Where the LFA Washer Fluid Cap Is!

It’s been nearly two years since the LFA finished its run, and the Lexus halo car is still offering up surprises. Now, we all know the level of detail on the V10 beauty is fantastic, but it’s still cool to be reminded of it–especially from something humble like the placement of a washer fluid cap.
Reddit user Fadic4 posted a picture of it’s location today, along with a quote from Wikipedia, and I thought it was beyond cool:
“To maintain a near ideal weight distribution, a rear transaxle is used, in addition to the mounting of the fuel tank ahead of the rear axle and the radiators at the rear. The windshield washer fluid reservoir is mounted in the center next to the fuel tank to improve further the center of weight.”

Of course, a bunch of comments about screwing up the gas and the washer fluid followed, and another user pointed out that the creative placement isn’t unique to the LFA, as his 1986 Porsche Carrera has the same set up.
