Lexus LS TMG Edition Spotted at the ‘Ring
It hasn’t even been a month since the vicious LFA Nürburgring Package ripped about the treacherous track in 7:14:64. But Lexus engineers aren’t quite done with the “Green Hell” just yet.
The TMG stands for Toyota Motorsport GmbHA, and this sporty variant of the LS family has been spotted running hot laps in the land of beer and pretzels. The best part? It’s reportedly packing a 5.0 V8 pumping out a staggering 641HP and 524ft of torque. Those keeping score–like me–will note that’s more than the V10 in the LFA, but I’m going to hazard a guess that the four-door is a tad heavier than the supercar…
Along with the photo above, the gents at AutoGuide managed to snap this photo of the spec sheet, which says all those ponies will add up to a 199MPH top speed and a zero to 60 of 4.2 seconds. Is the world ready for such a brutal Lexus? Maybe… But I know I am. Check out the video below.
