JD Power Ranks Lexus #1 in Customer Satisfaction

Break out the bubbly Lexus dealers, you guys came out on top once again. For the fourth year in a row, Lexus has topped J.D. Power and Associate’s list for customer satisfaction, edging out rivals Cadillac and Jaguar who placed second and third, respectively.

If there’s anything that anyone can say about Lexus, it’s that their dealerships deliver. They’ve managed to score the annual award a whopping fifteen times since 1991. The kicker? Last month Lexus was also ranked number one in reliability among luxury brands too. How’s that for quality control?
