Yes, the C7 Corvette is the obvious favorite in this comparison, but lets take a step back and look at the raw horsepower numbers. The C7 makes 455 horsepower by comparison the IS-F makes 417 horsepower. That’s not so big a difference right?

Now take the into account the random element of driver skill, the conditions of the track and the likelihood that the IS-F is probably not purely stock. Suddenly, it doesn’t seem like such a walk in the park for the ‘Vette.
