Lincoln Attacks Lexus in new Commercials

Lexus ES 350 in Lincoln Commercial

Here’s an opportunity for you to get all crazy in the comments. Lincoln has started a new ad campaign for the MKZ that places the Lexus ES 350 and ES 300h in the crosshairs.

Why such aggression? Lincoln group marketing manager, Andrew Frick told Automotive News that the Lexus ES is one of the vehicles most often traded for an MKZ.

In the commercials posted below, couples interview a Lincoln MKZ against a Lexus ES. The interview questions are geared for the Lincoln to win, and for the Lexus to drop its front fascia in shame. The couples ask questions such as “Which of you offers the largest retractable panoramic roof?” and “Which of you offers inflatable rear-seat belts?”.

The commercials are pretty funny, but you Lexus folk may get a bit mad. Here is a factoid to give you ammo for your comment retaliation.

Automotive News reports, “[Lincoln’s] U.S. sales have skidded 6 percent this year through September in an overall market that has expanded 8 percent.”

Give Lincoln a piece of your mind in comments below the videos. Really let them have it.
