Designers From Calty Discuss the LF-LC

By -

After looking at the photos of this amazing concept, I didn’t think I could more impressed with the LF-LC.

But after watching the team members who designed it talk about all the details, I am.  I really like how the tail lights were inspired by the afterburners of fighter jets, and how the angle of the front grille takes it’s shape from two opposed Lexus “Ls.” Also, I think some of the swooping camera angles really highlight how dramatic the glass roof is in a way that the static shots don’t. Given that it won the prestigious EyesOn Design award, it’s not like I should be surprised how amazing this car looks, but damn. I can’t wait to see it in person.

So what’s your favorite part of the LF-LC? Head over to the Forum to see what ClubLexus members are saying about this killer clip.
