Boy, last time I was at my dealership, I was just excited to get a hot cup of coffee and some Wi-Fi access. Well, I’m going to start expecting a whole lot more because of Bob Rohrman’s Lexus of Arlington.

Located in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights, Bob’s is now the largest Lexus dealership in these here United States. We’re talking 170,000 square feet situated on 40-acres, with 14-acres reserved strictly for parking Bob’s 1500-car fleet, large.

What could be more American than a giant car dealership? How about opening that dealership on July 4th? Well, that’s exactly what big Bob just did. ‘Murica!

With so much space, Bob can offer a whole lot more than just beautiful Lexus automobiles. Wanna catch a movie? Head to Bob’s cinema. Wanna get your hair done and your nails painted? Head to Bob’s salon (though a saloon might be cooler). Want to work on your golf game? Bob’s got a putting green for you. Want to let your kids run wild? Bob’s got a playground.

Lexus dealerships in general have been scoring big brownie points as of late, but Bob and company are taking it way beyond the Lexus Difference, the company-wide initiative aimed at making the dealership a more welcoming place. And though the animal lover in me hates to admit it, having a movie theater at the dealership is even cooler than having a doggie greeter.
